Privacy, export and deletion

Your data is stored on servers in the European Union and travels over encrypted connections. It isn't sold, used for ads, or used to train AI models. Tokens for the services you connect stay on the server and never reach your browser.

Email [email protected] from your account's address and ask for a copy; you get your data in a machine-readable format.

You can also read all of it yourself with an API key: every tracker has list methods over the REST API and MCP (see AI, MCP and the API).

In the iPhone app: Settings › Delete Account. In the Android app: Settings › Password & security › Delete account. On the web: email [email protected] from your account's address.

Deletion removes your account and all of its data (health records, chats, uploads) permanently. It doesn't cancel an App Store subscription bought earlier; cancel that in your Apple ID settings first (see Pricing).

Healthmaxx counts page views and feature use with a self-hosted PostHog. It records the kind of entry you log, never its values. Turn off Usage Analytics in Settings to stop it for your account.
