Healthmaxx is free: every tracker, connector, chart, lab panel and photo, plus MCP and the REST API, with no plan limits.

Earlier App Store purchases

A subscription bought in the iPhone app stays on your Apple ID until you cancel it: open Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone, choose Healthmaxx and cancel it there. Deleting your Healthmaxx account doesn't cancel it. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
