Every tracker has a page under Overview. Synced sources such as Apple Health add to the same trackers.
Log anything
Press Q or ⌘ L anywhere in the app and type one line: bp 128/82, 500ml water, knee pain 6. Healthmaxx splits it into entries, shows what it read before saving, and logs each one to its tracker. Add a time such as 30 min ago to backdate an entry.
Units are converted for you (ml, kg, °C and so on). Parts it can't read are listed with example phrases so you can rephrase them.
The log picker
The round + button in the bottom bar opens a picker with a form for every kind of entry. Start typing in its top field to switch to Log anything with that text.
From the command palette
Type a log phrase into the command palette (⌘ K) and pick the Log item it offers to save it without leaving the page you're on.
From your phone or your AI
The phone apps log to the same account. AI assistants can log for you over MCP or the API with the same one-line format; see AI, MCP and the API.
